We feel the industry has outstanding performers, but the challenges are those that give our industry a less than stellar reputation. YOU know your market better than anyone. You know the best of the best, who will go out of their way to please and support a customer. Your company may emulate the finest practices and yet have to stand next to others with less than stellar reputations and work for the prices the low-baller sets. You know the low bidders, the questionable work ethics and the quality they represent. RQR is doing something about it.
